Problogger posted a great article on keeping your fingers healthy. A lot of us do a lot of typing and computer sitting; we want to keep our fingers, hands and wrists healthy for our guitar activities! The article includes a brief description of common ailments and some exercises to do while at your computer. The finger circles could be a great warm up before sitting down to practice.
In the world of music business, innovation is a given. Several record labels are working a new digital album format. I wonder when art music is going to start keeping up with these new developments.
