Summary
Known by many as the “Royal Family of the Guitar,” the Romero Quartet joins the LPO performing Rodrigo’s Concierto andaluz. Also featured on tonight’s program is Ravel’s Bolero. This instantly recognizable piece employs the use of a single idea, which is changed by the use of different combinations of instruments, as well as a crescendo that builds and builds until the very end of the piece.
